Under the direction of webmaster Tom Wagner, the Association has developed an Online Forum that will provide a brand new feature to relay procedural questions to the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County. The Association has been working with Ken Burke's Office in establishing better communication.

The Forum will provide a Message Board on which any Association member may present a question about guardianship. Questions and answers will be maintained in order that others using this feature may benefit from seeing what was asked previously.

Tom is no stranger to us. He designed and developed the Association's website, and is well versed in computers and the Internet. He made a presentation last fall at Expo 2007 bringing a wealth of knowledge to those attending. By popular demand of our members he has since spoken at one of the monthly meetings providing practical tips and education that aid us as we work with computers on our jobs.

On May 20th at our regular Monthly Meeting, Tom will introduce the Forum concept and provide education in using the Message Board to assist in answering any procedural legal questions you may have about guardianship and the statutes affecting this complex subject.
