GAPC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

This presentation will cover essential topics such as the types and history of pain, the pharmacology of opioids, and the multifaceted components of chronic pain. Dr. De La Torre will also discuss the use of implantable devices, the realities of addiction—including real-life emergency room scenarios—and the roles of regulatory bodies like the DEA and state medical boards. This session offers critical tools and insights to support the physical and functional wellbeing of those in your care.
